THE LAW OF THE JUNGLE
"Given the terrible events unleashed in the jungle of Bagua, the first thing I say is that Peru is indebted to the brave police, they reached a place without even knowing what he faced. However, given their lives fulfilling their duty. But as this gesture is appreciated, we condemn the senseless political the President, the Premier, Minister of Interior and Congress of the APRA and Fujimori caballazo that tried to settle the debate of the controversial Decree 1090 ("Law of the Jungle '), which generated a huge mobilization of indigenous communities. The government knew that these ethnic groups would not cease their days of struggle (making of roads and oil jobs) if there was not any solution to this thorny issue. If in a week of negotiations, they were stalled, how they came to settle the issue with a trick in Congress? That ominous style of politics was cruel and senseless death of more than twenty policemen who did not know what they were exposed. Did he the government was a political ploy to resign to communities that feel that from Lima intended to wipe out its people, their lands, contaminate it, sell it and go the flora and fauna? So this is not the situation, the residents had every right to resist foreign decisions on their territory. Ignorant are those who say that the people of Lima have the same rights and asháninkas Huambisas on the forest. To Aurelio Pastor, Iquitos and the jungle is a 'resort lounge' exotic five star hotels in the Amazon. For natives, it is their homeland and that of their ancestors, which gives them life, water, food and housing. Alan Garcia, said to be intellectual, believes that the natives do not have brains, are gross and digits. Big mistake. Not for nothing and the mighty Incas nor the English with their muskets, or Sendero Luminoso terrorists could defeat them. Bolivians and Ecuadorians say that they are behind the protest, is a common way to hide the terrible mistake of the government to impose a law 'cooked' at the Government Palace with oilmen at the expense of thousands of natives. Such misuse is costing innocent blood of brave police officers and community members. The natives did not start this drama. Lived for centuries, without asking anything to the Peruvian State, inhabiting the jungle. Being used when the state gave him the win. To fight in the War of Cenepa and to combat Sendero. There until Garcia gave them weapons and they heroically fought and defeated the 'terrucos'. There were heroes, they are now spurred on by Bolivian hell! Incredible. "

LA SELVA EN EL PERU
I think the 'official Peru', as the historian Jorge Basadre called the minority who ruled from the capital, Lima, ordering from the Government House or Congress, ignored, disrespected, overpowered the "real Peru", in this case made by the native communities. The controversial legislative decrees 1090 ('Law of the Jungle') wanted to approve the sinister 'caballazo'. Did they think the locals because they were away, because they speak another language, have a different culture and customs, and live in the wilderness, were to remain silent? We must be very ignorant and that sinned Alan Garcia, said to be 'intellectual'. The natives have children studying in universities, have lawyers, doctors working in their communities. They reported that they wanted to 'pig in a poke' to decrees that were assembled on the backs of the real Indians. So began the conflict. I committed the unforgivable crime García, Simon and Cabanillas by sending protesters to leave the young policemen who did not know who they were facing. The prominent anthropologist Roger Rumrrill, an expert on Amazonian issues, said: "Police faced one of the most warlike races of the Amazon: the Awajun-Wampis, the family of the Jivaro. They never allowed to enter the English territory over the centuries. The Jivaro are dangerous, kill their enemies, cut their heads and take them as trophies in the chest. Police confronted the Awajun-Wampis in Bagua. They are warriors and do not tolerate the invasion of their territories. They kill one of his brothers is as if they did a declaration of war. They are one of the largest families, approximately 65 000 members. These Indians were Aguarunas Huambisas guides Peruvian troops in the war against Ecuador. They are the ones who know the territory of the Cordillera del Condor. Does this not know the police? Accusing them of genocide, as do the authorities, all you do is exacerbate the feelings of the natives and repressive measures if they choose all they do is repeat the episode of the fateful Friday, July 5. They should read these cave calling the Navy, the Army Aviation and devastate communities. These voices do not see Peru as a multiethnic state. For them, the forest is only a tourist place to visit it in three days from Iquitos and the natives are only Boras, who for a few soles you will sing and dance. Who is to blame for that part of the deep Peru remains ignored by the rest of the Peruvians? They have never bothered to state. Have suffered famines, epidemics, and the "real Peru" did not learn or were interested. Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Biography of Andrea Bocelli
Currently, Andrea Bocelli is the most loved Italian singer, most popular and pampered, both in Europe and the United States: his albums are sold in a flash and his tours to draw 20,000 people per concert. However, when asked what is the most beautiful memories of his career, Bocelli answers: "A concert Sferisterio of Macerata. In the clubhouse, an old man told me:" Mr. Bocelli, a lifetime I've heard opera. I have come to their concert with some suspicion, but I have to admit that your performance of the aria from the Arlesiana was perfect. "This is what counts." His story is the story of unconditional love for music from an early age. Born on 22 September 1958, Bocelli grew up on the family farm in a village in the Tuscan countryside, Lajatico. "I was mesmerized listening to opera excerpts," he remembers Bocelli. "At age six, studying piano, then I learned to play the flute and saxophone. I always asked to sing for my relatives." At the end of secondary school, is part of the Faculty of Law, University of Pisa and graduated without ever leaving the song. Indeed. Attend classes tenor Franco Corelli and sang in piano bars. At that time he met Enrica, with which married and has two sons, Amos and Matteo. The "official" start of his career came about by chance hearing that the singer Zucchero Fornaciari conducted in 1992 with the aim of finding someone to sing the song "Miserere" to tenor Luciano Pavarotti to sing with him. When the great tenor emiliano Bocelli heard the recording said "Thank you for this beautiful song, but allow Andrea to sing it. No one can do better than him." Then, as everyone knows, Pavarotti recorded the song, but for Zucchero's European tour, he sang instead of Andrea Bocelli. Shortly after, in 1993, he also began career label with the signing of a contract with Caterina Caselli. In the same year, Sanremo playoffs than singing "Miserere" and out winner of the Festival New Proposals category. In 1994 he was invited to participate in the official section of the Festival of Sanremo with the song "Il Mare Calmo della Sera", and gets a record score. He published his first album (with the same title of the song) and thus its rapidly growing popularity in a few weeks he won his first platinum record. The following year, returns to the Festival with the song "Con te partirò", part of the album "Bocelli" and that in Italy you get a double platinum. In the same year, during a European tour ("Night of the Proms"), involving Bryan Ferry, Al Jarreau and other great singers, Bocelli sings to 500,000 people and tens of millions of viewers. The worldwide success is immediate. The singles "With partirò you (and the English version of" Time to Say Goodbye ") are converted into sales records in many countries and the album won awards throughout Europe. Moreover, the album "Bocelli" will quadruple platinum in Germany (Almost 2 million copies sold), four in the Netherlands and two in Italy. However, in 1996, with the next album, "Romanza" unimaginable heights of international success. Only after a few weeks, the CD was certified platinum in almost all countries which had been published and the international press that Bocelli enjoyed a worthy heir to Enrico Caruso. However it should be noted that, motivated by a growing success, and in 1995 Bocelli had paid tribute to the tradition of Italian tenor with the CD "Viaggio Italiano", inspired by the migrants and the artists who popularized the Italian opera the world. In 1998, with the international debut classical album "Aria", will dominate the classical music charts and climbing the international pop music. Parallel to the tours, he offers to sing opera, a dream he had cherished since his childhood. "I was very lucky," he says. In these days, has released his new CD, "Sogno," a highly anticipated album which soon reached the top spot in the hit parade in Europe and fourth in the United States. In view of this, a win is expected that, for the record size, you can remember when Domenico Modugno in 1958 with "Volare", without However, this success is not expected to affect the life philosophy of the Tuscan tenor or away from your family, friends and love for the Tuscan countryside. "Success is a causal link" keeps repeating, while continuing to accumulate awards from anywhere in the world, "and it's important not to it too. There are other more important things. Like, for example, loved ones and friends, I like to invite to dinner when I come home and, closing the door, all left behind. The only thing that comes home is my voice because, well, I have to rehearse two hours a day minimum. "

Banda Sinfónica del Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón
La Banda Sinfónica form essential part of the scholarly projects of almost all universities and colleges of music world's most advanced. In countries like USA, Japan or those of our European environment, such as Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Italy and the United Kingdom, the Banda Sinfónica not only part of such provision but also programming in the main auditorium with a staggering attendance rates, which in the case of Japan, surpassing even that of the same Symphony Orchestra. In this same concept, and on the way to attain that level of the world's most advanced centers, the Conservatory of Music of Aragon (CSMA) created four years ago the Symphonic Band, for which, specifically, he joined the Conservatory faculty staff of one of the most sought at European level in this field, Miquel Rodrigo. CSMA Symphonic Band, along with his Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra (Camerata Aragón ") is the list of larger formations instrumental representative of the center. All have been created with a dual aim is unquestionably an education, the other cultural and social. The emphasis on these aspects have led, among other things, to sign an important agreement between the University of Zaragoza and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of the Government of Aragon - through its "Aragon Institute of Art Education superiors "(to which the CSMA) newly-operation in which one of his major points is collected, CSMA formations that hold the representativeness of the University of Zaragoza in the series of concerts or cultural events to express participation University, as is the case today. Apart from the excellent transcriptions of orchestral music now being made to Banda Sinfónica, there is now a considerable literature with original music written specifically for Symphonic Band, an extraordinary level of musicianship. There are many important composers, that in recent years have seen the Symphonic Band as a unique testing ground in which shape their musical ideas. Some of these works have been presented in premiere, in recent years by the Banda Sinfónica del CSMA and now also of the UZ. Unlike bands that we know, the Banda Sinfónica template, as presented here and as its name implies, has a remarkable string section, four cellos and four double basses, and a large section of percussion, usually incorporating key instruments like piano, the celesta or the harpsichord, and other like harp or the recorder combined also including Jazz, and Song, and electric instruments (guitar, bass), and other artistic elements such as audio-visual projections and different sounds (as is the case today), which allows us to tackle a repertoire quite versatile in both original works for band, and in the transcriptions of symphonic works the same. Proof of this is that since its recent integration in the academic project of CSMA have passed through the stands of the group, plays and concerts of all types with varied backgrounds, many of them released in Spain as "Desi" Michael Daugherty for wind ensemble, "David" by Stephen Melillo with Soprano voice concertante (now we hear) to big-band music as "Prelude, Fugue and Riffs" by Leonard Bernstein, Frank Uyttebroeck version of Bolero by M. Ravel, Ed de Boer Homage to Dmitri Shostakovich violin concerto ( also on the agenda today), Bill Whelan "Riverdance" with flute solo, the original version for symphonic band Ferde Groff of "Rhapsody in Blue" George Gershwin, Concerto for Cello Johan de Mij, etc. Amen to several concerts for Trombone, Tuba, Saxophone, Trumpet, all executed with great success by students at the school. Notably, the monographic concert offered by the Banda Sinfónica del CSMA last December, on one of the most renowned composers currently in the field of symphonic music Banda: Ferrer Ferran, in which the CSMA Symphonic Band premiered his latest works. The work culminated in the recording of a CD to be distributed in Europe and Japan. CSMA is the intention of this initiative to leave a printed record of his work and his Symphonic Band resulting distribution, continue in the future. Priority objective of the Banda Sinfónica del CSMA is also developing its integrationist in the center, showing its cooperation to the various departments, making it a useful and practical tool in an academic project quite innovative as CSMA. Two obvious examples are the annual premiere of works composed specifically for band or wind ensemble by students of the department of composition of the center, and collaboration with the Department of Education for the Symphonic Band and has spent CSMA a space within its programming through the concerts for schoolchildren offered in the Auditorium of the Conservatory itself, with the inclusion with great success great works as "Hary Janos" by Zoltan Kodaly or-Ballet Suite by Dmitri Shostakovich "The Bolt" (The lock) also released in Spain. All this makes the Banda Sinfónica del CSMA and the UZ, a modern-looking bet, young, dynamic, alternative, useful, quality, and especially attractive to the listener. If the CSMA has already fulfilled one of its objectives: to get to become a reference center for advanced studies in music, is also getting its three orchestras are such a reference in the field of Youth Orchestras.
